        Jilian Rose was born and raised in the North Chicago suburbs. She now resides in Phoenix, Arizona since 2019. Jilian has always had a passion for makeup, and started doing makeup professionally at 16. She has had her license in Esthetics's since 2020 and is also a Certified Laser Technician.

        Specialization

        Jilian Rose specializes in Special Effects and prosthetic makeup, along with Beauty makeup. Jilian loves to work on film, music videos, theatrical and up close and personal makeup. She loves to work with fun and dark colors, and bring her art alive.
