Jilian was born and raised in the North Chicago suburbs in Illinois. Since a very young age, Jilian has had an admiration for all things makeup. From asking her mom’s lipstick while in diapers, to watching creature features for the first time, she knew her medium was makeup. She started as a working makeup artist at the age of 16. After high school graduation in May of 2019, she moved and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

“Makeup is art. Art makes you feel something. Makeup can do so much. It can make you feel good in your own skin, it can haunt you, it can move you. That’s what I hope to accomplish in anything that I do. I take so much inspiration from things that impact or move me in some way while I am creating.“
